Join us in the Spring for our first Rainbow Hiking Retreat and explore the beautiful Gower Peninsula in fabulous community!
This retreat will combine the joy of hiking and nature in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK, with many of the powerful healing practises of a usual Rainbow Retreat. Meditative yoga, gong baths, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), Sauna on the beach, nourishing food and hiking with a community of queer women and non-binary folks - this transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for healing and help you to reconnect to the flow of life.
Whether you are an experienced hiker, or just keen to breathe in the beauty of nature, this retreat is for you!
